#TeamKanye....FTW

*i wrote this the night of the VMAs.......
Real recognize and u lookin familiar.  By now people should know I'm riding with Kanye on this one.  It wasn't the best shit he cud of done, but he's got a point.  He didn't steal her moment.  She's up there talkin bout she sings country, while the song is pop as hell.  She is another manufactured pop moment. And she is 19, which means she is a grown ass woman.  Running backstage to cry over your VMA moment....FOH.  I rather cry for the lil girls who'll never get a record deal cause the labels only sign recreations of fake pop shit like Taylor.

When u deal with true artists and u put them in the same circles as "pop" stars, then wanna place them over the true artists, what the hell do u expect?  Its like being at a HS talent show and over and over they reward these half ass talents over true art.  Somebody is bound to say something.  Everybody pointing their finger at Kanye cause its easy to point the finger at the black man.  There is a deeper problem going on.  As real artists start to understand that these corporations aint shit, more and more people will start backlashing.

Fuck kanye ova Taylor Swift?  No fuck you Taylor Swift and the Viacom horse u rode in on.  People liked the song.  Fuck that…people like Milli Vanilli too.

i really want to feel you on this one, (i do atleast on the viacom roll) but I don't give a fuck if it was a 19yo white chick or a 88yo black lady? First and formost you saying Kanye is (real) is kinda offset my G'. If you in the industry you ain't real, your a corporate artist making capitalist dollars (nothin wrong w/ that). The only reason Kanye got away with that is because it (was) a lil frail whitechic' that let it rock like that. If niggas focus on what they love first n foremost which should be the music... all this other shit would not be in there line of site. Kanye ain't "iller" or "realer" for doing that' he just stepped up his media hype and can make a funny song to sell your ass later...guess it's part of business either way you look at it. Peace

I feel what youre saying about being in the industry, but like Kanye said…sure he could of stayed indie, but shit like the glow in the dark tour wouldn’t have been possible without Def Jam. And when I say he’s real, its not because he went up and grabbed a mic from the “lil frail whitechic”. It’s because he spoke up for what he believed in. And in my opinion he inspires way more good than evil, so he gets a check in my book. Its similar to when he said George Bush doesn’t care about black people. It may not have been the best method in some minds, but he definitely got his point across then and now. Peace bro.

kanye definitely gets a check with me for doing what he did. granted his approach wasnt the best. it was rude but like you said he got his point accross. Beyonce was probably thinkin the same damn thing in her mind. kanye is passionate about his craft and always been a rude outspoken type of dude so this was no surprise to me. i seen him do that and was like oh thats sum kanye shit right there.i thought Beyonce was gonna win so when he did that i sayin exactly my nigga! lol. peace bro
